Marinated Chicken Pita Sandwich
A delicious marinated chicken pita sandwich that's perfect for lunch or dinner.

Marinade
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Chicken
- 500 g Chicken Breast, sliced
Sandwich
- 4 pieces Pita Bread
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup Tomato, diced
- ½ cup Cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Tzatziki Sauce
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
4. Warm the pita bread in a dry skillet or in the oven.
5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and tzatziki sauce inside each pita bread.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
