Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 4 Hoagie Rolls
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Warm the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Place meatballs in hoagie rolls, top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
