Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Mexican blend
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. 3. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
  4. 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, black beans, corn, salsa, and half of the shredded cheese.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. 6. Spread the sour cream over the top of the mixture.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
  8. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. 9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
