Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe
A quick and easy chocolate mug cake you can make in the microwave.

Main Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon chocolate chips optional
In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips if using.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, until the cake has risen and is set in the middle.
Let cool for a few minutes before eating.
