Slugburger Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Soy Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
- 4 Hamburger Buns
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soy flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
