Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 1 cup Milk or yogurt
- 1 cup Fresh fruit (chopped)
- ½ cup Nuts and seeds
- 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk or yogurt, and honey or maple syrup.
2. Add the chopped fresh fruit and nuts and seeds. Mix well.
3. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
