Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Napa cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots julienned
- 4 pcs Green onions sliced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup Toasted almonds sliced
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger grated
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded Napa cabbage, julienned carrots, sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, and toasted almonds.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and grated ginger until well combined.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
