Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 cans Clams with juice
  • 2 cups Half-and-Half
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pot.
  2. Add onions to the pot and cook until tender.
  3. Add potatoes, clams with juice, water, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in half-and-half and cook until heated through. Do not boil.
  5. Serve hot, topped with the cooked bacon.
