Ingredients 

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until well combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm. Serve chilled.
