Main Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add egg, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
3. Stir in flour until just combined.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
