  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add egg, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  4. 4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
