Ingredients 

Lamb Chops

  • 8 pieces Lamb Chops about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the lamb chops.
  4. Place the lamb chops on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  6. Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
