Lamb Chops
- 8 pieces Lamb Chops about 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the lamb chops.
Place the lamb chops on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
