- 4 fillets Red Snapper about 6 ounces each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Blackening Seasoning
1. Pat the red snapper fillets dry with paper towels.
2. Rub the fillets with olive oil and coat them evenly with blackening seasoning.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
