  • 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Remove pork chops from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
