  • 2 pieces Tuna Steaks about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pat the tuna steaks dry with paper towels.
  2. 2. Rub both sides of the tuna steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
  4. 4. Place the tuna steaks in the skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
