Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 packet Unflavored gelatin about 2 ¼ tsp
- 3 tablespoon Water
In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot, but not boiling.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the gelatin mixture until completely dissolved. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Pour the mixture into ramekins and let them cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
To serve, you can unmold the panna cotta onto a plate or serve directly in the ramekins.
