Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots Carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks Celery, diced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Ditalini Pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and beans. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the pasta, oregano, and basil. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
