Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any type
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano. Pour over pasta mixture.
  4. Toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
