Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 cup Cold butter cubed
- 0.5 cup Cold water
Filling
- 1 cup Diced beef
- 1 cup Diced potatoes
- 0.5 cup Diced onion
- 0.5 cup Diced rutabaga
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add cubed butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add cold water until the dough comes together. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into 4 circles. In a bowl, mix beef, potatoes, onion, rutabaga, salt, and pepper. Divide filling among the dough circles.
Fold the dough over the filling and crimp the edges to seal. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
