Filling
- 6 cups Peaches, sliced
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Topping
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Spread this mixture in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
