  2. 2. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and let cool before cutting into squares.
