Ingredients

  • 8 oz Noodles
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and water. Mix until smooth.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cooked noodles and pour the peanut butter sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
