Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into strips
  • 2 medium red onions, sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 yellow chili pepper, sliced optional
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb frozen French fries, cooked
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the beef strips with soy sauce, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add onions, tomatoes, and yellow chili pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. 4. Return the beef to the wok, add cooked French fries, and toss everything together. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
