Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any type
  • 2 cups Basil leaves
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Pine nuts toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken diced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a blender or food processor, combine basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, pine nuts, and garlic. Blend until smooth to make the pesto.
  3. 3. In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken and cook until heated through.
  4. 4. Add the cooked pasta and pesto to the skillet with the chicken. Toss to combine and heat through.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
