Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak thinly sliced
- 1 unit Onion sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper sliced
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 units Hoagie rolls split
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onions and bell peppers, cook until soft.
3. Push veggies to the side, add steak slices, season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook steak until browned, mix with veggies.
5. Place provolone slices over the mixture, let melt.
6. Fill hoagie rolls with the mixture, serve hot.
