Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
  3. 3. Push veggies to one side of the skillet. Add sliced steak to the other side. Cook until browned.
  4. 4. Mix steak and veggies together. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Divide the mixture into four portions in the skillet. Top each with two slices of provolone cheese. Let it melt.
  6. 6. Place each portion into a hoagie roll. Serve hot.
