  • ½ cup Pistachios shelled
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 unit Apple sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, pistachios, feta cheese, and apple slices.
