Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed Greens
- ½ cup Pistachios shelled
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 unit Apple sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, pistachios, feta cheese, and apple slices.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
