Pittsburgh Chipped Ham Barbecue Recipe

- 1 lb chipped ham thinly sliced
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 buns hamburger buns
1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
2. Add chipped ham to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.
3. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ham is heated through and the sauce has thickened.
4. Serve the chipped ham barbecue on hamburger buns.
