Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. 4. Grill or cook the patties in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. During the last minute of cooking, add pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each patty. Cover to melt the cheese.
  6. 6. Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet until golden brown.
  7. 7. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns. Serve hot.
