Instructions
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
Add the diced onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the diced pork, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Push the pork to one side, pour in the beaten eggs, scramble until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice, frozen peas and carrots, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
