Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Diced pork cooked
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Onion small, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add the diced onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced pork, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Push the pork to one side, pour in the beaten eggs, scramble until fully cooked.
  5. Add the cooked rice, frozen peas and carrots, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
