Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Shoulder cut into cubes
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add pork cubes and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same pot, add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
  4. 4. Return pork to the pot. Add chicken broth, carrots, and potatoes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
