  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin trimmed and cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 Sandwich buns
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
