Instructions
1. Preheat grill pan over medium heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and garlic powder. Brush mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushroom caps.

4. Toast buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
