Pressure Cooker Beef Stew Recipe
A hearty beef stew made quickly in a pressure cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into chunks
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 3 large Carrots, sliced
- 4 medium Potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Brown the beef in the pressure cooker on all sides.
2. Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
3. Stir in the tomato paste, thyme, and rosemary.
4. Pour in the beef broth, add carrots and potatoes.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.
7. Release the pressure naturally.
8. Serve hot.
