  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Ham diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place pie crust in pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  4. Add cheese, ham, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
