Quinoa Black Bean Burgers

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Quinoa cooked
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking
In a large mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
Add the cooked quinoa, bread crumbs, beaten egg, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
