Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa cooked
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
  2. Add the cooked quinoa, bread crumbs, beaten egg, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
