Ramen Burger Recipe
A fun twist on the classic burger, using ramen noodles as the bun.

- 2 packs Ramen Noodles Instant ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 slices Cheese Optional
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 1 unit Tomato Sliced
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ramen noodles with soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
Divide the noodle mixture into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a bun shape using your hands or a mold.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the noodle buns for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
In the same pan, cook the ground beef patties seasoned with salt and black pepper to your desired doneness.
Assemble the ramen burger by placing a beef patty between two noodle buns. Add cheese, lettuce, and tomato if desired.
