Main Ingredients
- 1 package Ramen noodles crushed
- 1 bag Coleslaw mix
- ½ cup Sunflower seeds
- ½ cup Sliced almonds toasted
- ¼ cup Green onions chopped
Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, crushed ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, and green onions.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce until well combined.
3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
4. Let the coleslaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
