Main Ingredients
- ½ head Cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup Carrots, grated
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Add the shredded cabbage and grated carrots to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
