Rhubarb Crisp Recipe

Filling
- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and 2 tablespoon of flour. Spread evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and 1 cup of flour until crumbly. Sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
