Russian Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Potatoes, boiled and diced
- 1 cup Carrots, boiled and diced
- 1 cup Peas, boiled
- 1 cup Pickles, diced
- 1 cup Cooked chicken or ham, diced Optional
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. Boil the potatoes, carrots, and peas until tender. Let them cool and then dice the potatoes and carrots.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, carrots, peas, pickles, and cooked chicken or ham if using.
3. Add the mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well until evenly coated.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
