Ingredients

  • 6 sausages
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the sausages over medium heat until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until softened.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Return the sausages to the skillet and mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
