Sausage Potato and Kale Soup Recipe
A hearty and comforting soup made with sausage, potatoes, and kale.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage sliced
- 4 potatoes diced
- 1 bunch kale chopped
- 1 onion diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
4. Add potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
5. Add sausage back to the pot along with the kale. Cook until kale is wilted.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
