  • 1 lb sausage
  • 4 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sausage, potatoes, onion, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
