- 1 lb sausage
- 4 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 0.5 cup milk
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine sausage, potatoes, onion, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
