Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or any other long pasta
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 scallions scallions sliced

Instructions 

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
  3. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the sauce until well coated.
  4. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions before serving.
