Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup Green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom.
  2. 2. Add a layer of thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
  3. 3. Next, add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. 4. Add a layer of chopped red onion.
  5. 5. Add a layer of chopped green bell pepper.
  6. 6. Sprinkle the cooked and crumbled bacon on top.
  7. 7. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar together. Spread this dressing over the top of the salad.
  8. 8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
