- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1 cup Frozen Carrots
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 4 cups Mashed Potatoes
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add peas, carrots, beef broth, and tomato paste to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
