  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Frozen Carrots
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add peas, carrots, beef broth, and tomato paste to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
