Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup Shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp, chili powder, and cumin. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 5 minutes.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. Assemble burritos by layering rice, black beans, shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and salsa on each tortilla.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla to enclose the filling.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
