Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add shrimp, chili powder, and cumin. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 5 minutes.

Assemble burritos by layering rice, black beans, shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and salsa on each tortilla.
