Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 8 pieces Flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the shrimp, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque.
Remove shrimp from skillet and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add shrimp, and top with another tortilla.
Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve.
