Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz Linguine or spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Dry white wine
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet, cook until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. 4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, bring to a simmer. Cook until slightly reduced.
  5. 5. Return shrimp to the skillet, toss to coat. Add cooked pasta, parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
  6. 6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
