Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs about 4 pounds
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
1. Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
4. Place the ribs in the slow cooker, meat-side up.
5. Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs.
6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the ribs are tender.
7. Optional: For a caramelized finish, transfer the ribs to a baking sheet and broil in the oven for 5 minutes.
